A one-take musical improvisation on the Laurel/Yanny aural illusion, using my own live sampling performing environment. I didn't have to do any special processing to convert between "Laurel" and "Yanny"—I fed the single sound into my performance software, on a loop, and this software just plays with playback speed mostly, nothing fancy. Any difference between "Laurel" and "Yanny" is in your head, you could say. Besides the auditory phenomenon, this work serves as a reflection on the "telephone game" of the social media that spread awareness of it.
